Inquiries and drawings
Our inquiry form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not submit your details or upload drawings to a website inquiry database. Your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, company, country and project requirements are used to assemble the draft. We receive your inquiry when you send it to us from your email account or messaging app.
“Open email draft” passes the prepared message to your chosen email application. “Copy inquiry” places it on your clipboard, and “Download inquiry text” saves a text file on your device. Attach drawings and photographs in your own email account and review the message before sending. Your browser or email provider may retain drafts according to your settings.
How we use information you send
We use business contact details, correspondence, drawings and order information to respond to inquiries, assess manufacturing requirements, prepare quotations, coordinate samples and orders, arrange delivery and provide after-sales support. Please share only information relevant to your project and drawings you are authorized to disclose.
Relevant sales, technical, production, quality and finance staff may review information needed for their work. Where a project requires specialist processing or delivery, relevant information may also be shared with the service providers involved. Tell us about confidentiality or restricted-sharing requirements before sending sensitive drawings so that we can agree on an appropriate handling arrangement.
Optional analytics and browser storage
Google Analytics 4 is optional. Our website loads its analytics tag only after you select “Accept analytics.” It measures page visits and selected actions, such as contact clicks, PDF links and use of the inquiry-draft tools. Google may process browser and device information and use cookies for this service. Our analytics integration does not send your inquiry field contents, drawings or email message to Google Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in this integration.
You can decline analytics and still browse the website and use the inquiry tools. Select “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice. Declining stops further analytics collection by our integration and removes its analytics cookies where accessible; it does not undo data already processed. Your choice is stored in this browser’s local storage. Clearing browser data or using a different browser may require you to choose again.
Our inquiry form does not deliberately save its contents in website local storage. Browser autofill, clipboard history and downloaded files are controlled by your device and browser settings.
Hosting, maps and other services
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Technical information such as IP addresses, request details and browser information may be processed to deliver pages, maintain service and protect against abuse. This processing is separate from optional Google Analytics. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
The contact page includes embedded Google Maps. When a map loads, your browser connects to Google, which may process technical information and use cookies under its own policies. The analytics preference does not control embedded maps. Google’s services are described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Email, WhatsApp and WeChat conversations are handled through the service you choose and our business communication providers. Their own privacy terms also apply. For WhatsApp, see the WhatsApp Privacy Policy. Social media buttons are ordinary links, rather than embedded social feeds. When you follow a link to Facebook, Instagram or another platform, its own privacy terms apply. Links to supplier websites also take you to services operated independently of Guantian.
Retention and international processing
Inquiry correspondence and project records are retained according to the ongoing business relationship, order and after-sales needs, and applicable accounting or legal requirements. The appropriate retention period depends on the record and its purpose. Contact us if you want to ask about a particular message or record.
Guantian operates in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Communications sent to us may be accessed by our team in China. Hosting, analytics and communication providers may process information in other countries under their own service arrangements and privacy policies.
Your choices and privacy questions
You can choose which contact channel to use and whether to enable optional analytics. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about how your project information is handled, email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request.” Please identify the relevant correspondence without sending passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
We may need to verify that a request relates to you. Requests will be considered in light of applicable rights and any records that must be retained for ongoing orders or legal obligations. If you receive business follow-up messages you no longer want, you can ask us to stop.
